All appointments will have a 15 minute consultation in the beginning to determine desired look.
Anything above 3 weeks will be considered needing a full set unless determined otherwise by Kay.

All clients will be required to fill out online forms that will be sent at the time of booking the appointment. All clients will also be required to provide a card on file to secure appointment. Beware without a card on file appointment will not be booked.
New Guests
A new guest is someone who has not personally been waxed by Kay.
All new guests will be required to fill out online forms which ill be sent to you at the time of booking your appointment. You will also be prompted to enter a card, you will not be charged at that time and may specify at time of service if you'd like to pay cash. Beware without a card on file there is no appointment.

Returning Guests
A returning guest is someone who has personally been waxed by Kay.
All returning guests should have filled out their online forms but if not will be sent at the time of appointment. All returning guests are required to have a card on file to secure appointment. You will not be charged until after your appointment which at hat time you may choose to pay cash.
